QDC Burger , little brother of the Queue de Cheval, is a derived back alley concept built by Peter with the purpose of introducing dry aging beef burger to Montreal.

Mr. Croubalian is a restaurant executive with 30 years’ experience. In 1985, he began his long standing career in the restaurant industry presiding over several companies . He has owned, operated and franchised over 200 restaurants ranging from fast food, mid-market to upscale restaurants. He understands the complexities and nuances of the restaurant industry and how to successfully navigate companies.
His experience includes mergers & acquisitions, finance and a variety of restaurant development initiatives having operations across Canada as well as activity in United States, United Kingdom, France, Japan and the Middle East .
